Anti Aging Skincare – My 5 Tips to Anti Aging

We all try to prevent aging, and once we reach a certain age or look we don’t want to look older. The problem is, most of us try to stop aging when the damage has been done. In this article I am going to give some basic tips of my own in Anti Aging Skincare to get you started in reversing, Wrinkles and Crows Feet.


Tip 1: Organic Coconut Oil

This is my top tip for anti aging skincare, if you can purchase a good brand of organic coconut oil, this itself will reduce and reverse Wrinkles and Crows Feet. You will look 15 years younger when you start to use this oil both internally and externally. I have started using this product thanks to the book, and I look and feel great. Its best to use the oil in the shower, before you go to bed or when you wake up in the morning. It soaks into your skin leaving no grease. How to take internally, you simply put 3 T spoons of oil into a warm drink. I cannot promote this product enough. Also great for your hair, digestion, speeds up metabolism, lowers cholesterol, and reduces heart disease.

Tip 2: Dry Brush Exfoliation

A dry brush exfoliation is the process of cleaning off dead skin cells and giving room for new fresh ones to grow. You can exfoliate in the morning before you shower. Exfoliation also improves blood circulation. Dry Brush Exfoliation is calming to the nervous system. You will be amazed at how fresh your skin is looking after with no puffyness.


Tip 3: Speed up Digestion

Your skin is the largest organ of your body, and it reflects on what you put into your body, that’s including all those cosmetics you put on your body, they only mask the problems.

In order for your skin to look and feel younger and reverse anti aging you need to maintain two things.

Water & Fiber, I find by drinking 1 litre of water a day keeps my skin elastic and fresh. Does your skin ever feel tight or unable to stretch, or Dry? Well that is because your not drinking enough water. Also another tell tale sign is puffyness under you eyes. This is because you have too much salt in your system, which means you don’t have enough water.

Its vital that your body can let all the waste exit, Fiber is the main ingredient here. Try to eat an apple a day, brown bread (whole grain) and brown rice as opposed to white bread or white rice.


Tip 4: Circulation Problems


If you are working long hours sitting at your desk, and not moving much, your inactivity will affect your skin and promote bloating, puffiness, acne, cellulite and loss of muscle tone. You need to have movement for your overall health and your skin will show this. You need to buy a skipping rope, or play squash and spend an hour every second day doing this. At the very least you need to stretch in the mornings or at work.


Tip 5: Reduce Sugar

Sugar is one of the fastest reasons for aging. We all know sugar is bad, but for what reasons. Well the more sugar we eat the more sugar we have in our blood stream. The more sugar in our blood stream means that over time sugar molecules will stick to protein molecules this is called advanced glycation, or AGE’s. Age’s then damage collagen in skin, cartilage and ligaments. This causes loss of elasticity, wrinkles and sagging skin.
You need to figure out a way to reduce the amount of sugar you are taking per week.
